What is Click2Talk?

Click2Talk provides businesses with the ability to increase sales conversion rates and reduce website abandonment while strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty by enabling your online visitors to contact you as they shop.

Visitors click on the Click2Talk button you have placed at strategic points on your web site. A pop-up window appears offering the three different ways that visitors can contact you: Callback, Internet Call (VoIP), and Chat.

How much do you pay for a Callback call?

You either pay $24.99 for 1000 minutes of phone calls a month, and 4 cents a minute for any calls that exceed your 1000 minutes (Premium Plan), or $19.99 for 250 minutes of phone calls a month, and 6 cents a minute for any calls that exceed your 250 minutes (Basic Plan).

Your customer never pays for any call.

How much do you pay for Chat?
You and your customer never pay anything for online chat – it is free for both of you.

Can you stop using Click2Talk at any time?
Yes, you can stop using Click2Talk at any time. Just contact us to terminate your Click2Talk service.

 

Manage Your Account

How can you see a record of what calls you are getting and what you owe?
You can see the status of your account at any time by logging in to the Click2Talk site. In the Account Management section of the site, you can see the following information about each call: the type of call (Callback or Internet call [VoIP]), the date, the time, the duration, and the amount you need to pay.

What if you want calls to go to different numbers at different times?
You can decide where your Click2Talk’s customer’s calls should go at a given time by creating different rules. For example, a rule that you name “Weekend” could be configured to call your cell phone from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays. You can also have calls ring at different numbers, either sequentially or at the same time.

What will happen to your Click2Talk calls when no one is available?
If you choose not to answer the phone call, the customer that is trying to reach you via Click2Tak can leave a message on your voice mail.

Can you choose what your Click2Talk button looks like?
Yes, there are a number of different Click2Talk buttons. You can choose the one that looks the best with your website. Click2Talk Button Samples

How will you be able to tell if the call you are getting is a Click2Talk phone call?
You can decide how calls from your website should be displayed so that you can instantly recognize the origin of a call. At a glance, you will be able to tell that the caller is a Click2Talk customer, and whether they used Callback or Internet Call (VoIP) to get in touch with you. This information can help you prioritize so you will be able to respond to urgent requests before personal calls or calls that do not require immediate attention. Knowing who is calling you is also helpful if you are getting calls on your cell phone after hours.

 

Product Implementation

How do you put Click2Talk on your site?

Once you pay for Click2Talk, we will send you HTML code to put on your site. The Click2Talk button will appear on every page where you insert the code. You can add the code to as many pages or web sites that you like.

Will Click2Talk be upgraded, and if so, how will you get the latest version?

Click2Talk will be upgraded on a regular basis and you will get the upgrades automatically. There is no need for you to do any additional work once you have implemented Click2Talk.

What are Click2Talk’s technical requirements?
To use Click2Talk, you are required to place the HTML code given to you onto pages of your website where you wish to have the Click2Talk button. You should then set-up your Click2Talk Account. When your website visitor selects the Click2Talk button on your website, calls will be routed to your land line or mobile phone.

For your website visitor:

To use the Callback component they require a standard land line or mobile phone.

To use the Internet Call component (VoIP) they will need to download and install a free VoIP Dialer.

Click2Talk works on almost any platform or operating system.

Will Click2Talk work if I have a firewall?
Click2Talk is 100% firewall friendly. To all proxy servers and firewall applications, it looks just like a standard web-browser when communicating with the Click2Talk servers. For this reason, there is usually no need for any system configuration or changes.
